No charges expected in deadly watercraft collision on Lake Minnetonka
The Hennepin County Sheriff's Office has completed its investigation of a deadly personal watercraft collision on Lake Minnetonka this summer. On Aug. 30, deputies arrested Gary Arthur Mattson of Minnetrista for probable cause of criminal vehicular operation.
